What we use it for

To create and manage your account, provide the service, invoice, support you and keep the platform secure.

Additionally, unless you object, to send product news and surveys. You can opt out by writing to contact@ax9.io.

Who we share it with

Providers that help us run the service (Supabase for the database, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, Facturapi for CFDI stamping, and an analytics tool with no patient data), and authorities where the law requires.

Patient data

Patient data recorded by clinics is each clinic’s responsibility. Felismed processes it only on their behalf.
